Finance Executive / Assistant

Performing the daily accounting tasks relating to banking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and preparing inter-company monthly reconciliation.
Handle full set accounts including preparation of management report.
Perform accounting-related entries into the accounting system.
Perform month-end reconciliation such as creditors, debtors & bank reconciliation.
Perform payments to creditors, credit control, collection.
Involvement in day-to-day accounting and treasury operations.
Review and compile employees' claims, and expenses and make reimbursements.
Requirements:
Degree holder or Diploma holder in Accounting/Finance/LCCI or related field of relevant working operations experience.
Preferably at least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge of full set accounting would be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Committed, analytical, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications and MySoft system.
Able to commit to working immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.
