Finance Executive Assistant

-Manage the full set of accounts and ensure timely closure of management accounts.


-Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, along with detailed financial analysis.


-Provide timely and accurate financial data analysis to support management in decision-making.


-Perform Balance Sheet reconciliation and assist with tax computation preparation.


-Maintain precise accounting records and ensure an organized filing system.


-Monitor and oversee cash flow, while analyzing working capital performance.


-Collaborate with external parties, such as auditors, tax agents, and bankers, to meet financial obligations.


-Lead and manage financial audit matters to ensure compliance and accuracy.


-Prepare financial statements and reports for the group, meeting specified deadlines, with expertise in group consolidation.


-Handle a portion of administrative duties related to the finance function.

-Bachelor's Degree,Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field.


-ACCA Graduates are welcome to apply.


-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


-Preference for experience with FandB and public listed companies.


-Proficient in using spreadsheets and highly detail oriented.
