They are looking to hire a Finance Executive for the Regional market, who will be responsible to support finance and sales team for the assigned legal entity(s) in the company. This role will be supporting and reporting directly to Finance Controller, based in PJ.Key Responsibilities:Responsible to ensure accounting documents are property documented and easily retrievable upon request.Prepare and maintain accurate trade spends and budgeting transactions are inputted into the system.Close liaison with sales team on reconciliations and claims from distributors.Provide support for quarterly trade control meetings with both sales and finance team.Ensure contract and transactions are in compliance with the internal controls.Skills & Experience Required:Minimum 2 years of relevant business administrative or Finance & Acocunting experience.Possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field, with major in Finance/Accounting would be an added advantage.Excellent written and communication skills in English.Possess strong critical thinking, attention to details and ability to liaise closely with stakeholders.
