Description
Handling full set of accounts Prepare monthly financial, management reports and cost accounting reports Submit monthly online reports to shareholders in timely manner Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness Analyze expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems Responsible for yearly external auditors in completing audits Responsible in preparing tax computation data Monitor CAPEX spending with fixed assets register maintenance Support annual Operative Planning and business case development Support internal audit process Oversee accounting statutory standard compliance and update internal procedure accordingly Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, rules and regulations at all times Profile
Minimum Degree in Accounting Minimum 6 years experience in Accounting field Able to handle full set of accounts, daily accounting and administration operation Must be proficient in any high-end computerized accounting system and is strong in excel spreadsheets Good knowledge of reconciliation processes and has ability to process large amounts of data with a high degree of accuracy Meticulous, analytical, good problem solving skills and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of tax and compliance Job Offer
