Finance Executive (Hybrid Working Arrangements)Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
Assist Superior with day-to-day financial accounting tasks.
Perform general bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions and accounts reporting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and receipts, ensuring all financial documentation is properly organized and accessible for internal reviews and audits.
Perform monthly accounting activities, including the preparation and posting of journal entries and conducting ledger reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate closing of accounts.
Support in account reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and related documentation.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports for internal review.
Support internal audits and assist with external audit inquiries, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Undertake any required ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Candidate with professional qualification or a Degree/Diploma in Accountancy.
Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting or related field.
Must be able to work as a team, guide and supervise junior staff member.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
