Finance Executive

PURPOSE OF POSITIONTo determine the cost of each product, process, or operation, and to ensure that all expenses are absorbed into the cost of the products, the techniques, and the process of costing used.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Review BOM list and collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for cost estimation.- Present cost estimates detailing all the costs to Sales and Marketing department.- Update the latest price of materials to Sales and Marketing department.- Prepare quotation to Sales and Marketing team.- Calculate cost saving project and gather necessary cost to relevant department.- Analyze labor, materials and time requirements for completing a product.- Analyze product cost and profitability.- Carefully review details of the job and assure all the costs are included in each estimate.- Compare the cost between outsource quotation and in house build.- Collect BOM list from IC department and perform cost analysis.- Calculate the cost such as production delay cost and process cost to relevant department.- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks when required.JOB REQUIREMENT- Experience in cost estimations and printing jobs coordination will be added advantage.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.- Mandarin speaking language will be an added advantage as need to liaise with China.- Possess good communication, planning, organizing and problem solving skills.- Possess strong sense of commitment and good analytical skills.- Computer literate.- Good interpersonal skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Must completed 2nd dose of Vaccination & after 14 daysWork Remotely:- Yes
