Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:
In charge of overall financial accounting, reporting and budgeting.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Liaising with internal and external auditors, tax agent to ensure conformance.
To ensure accurate and timely provisions are made for monthly expenditure, accruals, and accounts payable through consultation with functional heads.
To provide financial management input or expertise for cross-functional projects as required
To liaise with all business entities to ensure accuracy and completeness of all intercompany transactions.
To ensure all payments made on time and customer collection meets target.
To effectively manage vendors and suppliers (account payable)
Liaising with the relevant local tax authority to ensure accurate and timely sales tax returns.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any equivalent.
Preferable 3 - 5 years of experience in finance, with exposure in commercial finance.
Excellent analytical skills and details oriented.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software such as ORACLE / SAP.#J-18808-Ljbffr
