Finance Executive

Maintaining the accuracy of financial transactions within the business, and compliance.
Responsibilities:Responsible for all day-to-day financial transactions.
Control the income and expenditure postings.
Manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Handle AP transactions.
Verify AP invoices timely and accurately, and post into systems for processing.
Arrange for payment based on the schedules and terms.
Review and verify vendor's SOA on a regular basis.
Handle AR transactions.
Review the A/R aging report and follow up with clients for payment.
Review incoming payments and apply them against outstanding invoices.
Report any discrepancies or past dues to management.
Manage discrepancies.
Report any errors found in the financial statement.
Prepare P&L / Balance Sheet / Reporting.
