Job ResponsibilitiesPreparation/posting of GL journals for monthly management accounts in M3 ERP system.
Preparation of inter-company confirmation letters every month.
Check and confirm that supplier invoices are ready and matching before the monthly closing.
Prepare all documentation and keying into M3 ERP system for routine monthly closing.
Preparation of breakdown details for the expenses accounts as required.
Check and confirm company liability for payment of invoices.
Administer day-to-day use of petty cash.
Liaise with external auditors, bankers, and company secretary as required.
Undertake any ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
Preparation of quarterly report on export of goods every 3 months.
Submission of monthly GST online.
Posting of monthly payroll journals.
