We advise on strategic planning, capital raising, asset management, credit facilities, and custody services across various asset classes, enabling our clients to achieve their financial objectives.Role DescriptionAssist in the preparation of the monthly financial statements.Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, client invoicing, recording of receipts from customers, banking, payroll and other employee payments.Monitor bank balance/ cash flow position and fund placement.Assist in the preparation of bank account opening/closing documentation and other banking facilities.Establish and maintain compliance controls and reporting processes to ensure timely submission with respect to local laws and regulatory requirements. Assist in year-end statutory audit and tax filings and ensure timely submission and in compliance with regulatory requirementsTo support any other ad-hoc tasks or projects that may be assigned from time to time.QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma/bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. 1 - 2 years of working experience in Finance (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with a high level of self-management to set and work to priorities and deliver on deadlines.Excellent communication in English. Provide professional, friendly, clear and concise communication to all stakeholders. Other languages are a bonus.Excellent computer skills using MS Office Applications. Excel and PPT.Committed, hardworking and motivated to upgrade Finance function.Team player with strong interpersonal skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
