Finance Executive

We are a boutique accounting firm who provide fund administrative service, accounting, taxation, corporation finance and valuation service for the SME, fund manager and investment funds. Junior/Senior Accountant Responsibilities - Handle full set of account - Handle Outsourced Payroll engagements - Handle quarterly GST returns - Handle invoicing and provide weekly/monthly updates on outstanding invoices - Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time Fund Accountant Responsibilities - Liaise with broker, investors and client - Handle monthly and quarterly investor reporting - Monitor the reporting timeline of each fund and adhere strictly on the reporting deadline - Liaise with auditor for year-end audit - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annually NAV reports Requirements - Minimum Degree in Accounting, and possesses professional certifications such as CPA/ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW - Relevant 1- 2 years of working experience in providing fund accounting services or audit experience is added advantage - Good interpersonal skills - Excellent attention to detail - Good time management skills - Ability to multitaskWe are a boutique accounting firm who provide fund administrative service, accounting, taxation, corporation finance and valuation service for the SME, fund manager and investment funds.
