Finance Executive

Job Description:Handle on month end and year end closing.Perform quarterly trend analysis and commentaries on management reports.Maintain fixed assets schedules.Vouch and key vendors and inter-companies invoices into system.Prepare and send inter-companies and vendors balance confirmation.Reconcile on vendors and inter-companies statement of accounts and check for the discrepancies.Issue debit note and credit note to inter-companies and record receipts from inter-companies.Prepare vendor payments, customer refunds and staff claims via GIRO, telegraphic and cheque.Prepare journal entries like accrual, prepayment, fund transfer, fixed deposit placement, depreciation and intercompany adjustments.Prepare audit schedules, bank reconciliation and GST.Support on yearly audit and related matters.Requirements:Degree graduate in accounting, finance or related field. Minimum 2-4 years working exp in finance and accounting.Has good grasp in AP + GL – Preferably experience in full set accounting Responsibilities Experience Education
