Finance Executive

**Position : Senior Finance Executive****Salary : RM2,500 - RM 3,500****Location : Eco City Kuala Lumpur Bangsar (near Abdullah Hukum LRT)****Working Hours : 10am - 7pm (5 days)****Job Description:- **- Review and follow up documents for payment processing- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation- Maintaining accounts payable- Handle relevant correspondence and proper filling of documentations- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports to the corporate office in US- Assist in the cash flow managements- Assist in SST and statutory tax submission matters- Liaise with bankers, secretaries, tax agents and regulatory authorities as at when is required- Assist in maintaining effective and efficient financial control systems and reporting mechanisms are in place.- Assist in ad-hoc task assigned by Management from time to time**Requirements**:- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Able to work independently and self-motivated- Meticulous, organized, proactive and able to work under pressure- Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for change- Good analytical, communication and personal skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
