Finance Executive

Job Description Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports such as profit and loss and others financial report on timely manner.Reconcile bank statements for necessary cash flows update by tracking the bank collection and payments.Prepare and analysis company cost and expenses.Verifies payroll report and payroll cost management.Resolve internal/external disputes and discrepancies and provide alternative solutions.Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Updating and maintaining the database and financial records.To act as a backup, assist and perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.Requirements Proven work experience (3-5 years) as a Finance Executive or similar role experience required.Teamwork and work independently.Solid knowledge of full set accounting, financial and accounting procedures.Submit report according to dateline.Experience in using financial software (competent with MYOB is an advantage)Highly dedicated, committed, and motivated to excel, able to lead team towards department objectives.The ability to closely pay attention to detail will ensure that records and reports are accurate with necessary analytical and numerical skills.
