Finance Executive

Job Description :-



-Maintain general accounting records and prepare monthly balance sheets.


-Collaborate with team members to develop and manage budgets.


-Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.


-Resolve any queries related to accounts payable and receivable.


-Perform daily reconciliations of cash, cheques, and online banking, and document invoices accurately.


-Assist with financial and tax audits and prepare general ledger entries.


-Generate monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheets.


-Manage month-end closing procedures.


-Adapt easily to different accounting software.

-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance


-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


-Able to multitask, prioritize task with firm deadlines.


-Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment


-Able to diversify in tasks occasionally for events during weekends


-Results oriented and ability to strategise financial goals


-Comfortable to converse and communicate in fluent English


-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision but with regular monitoring, reporting
