Job Description
Prepare sales invoice
Deal with counsellors regarding outstanding items related to sales invoices.
Preparation of Accounts Receivables Aging & ensure Total Aging is the same as General Ledger.
Record supplier expenses/staff claims to correct accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense.
Arrange monthly staff commission.
Arrange payment on a timely basis.
Vendor reconciliation and forecast of monthly payable for cash flow projection.
Preparation of Accounts Payable Aging & ensure Total Aging is the same as General Ledger.
Prepare monthly General Ledger.
Assist in monthly closing, yearly audit, tax, and related matters.
Prepare monthly depreciation, bank interest calculation, withholding tax, and SST report.
Bank reconciliation.
Proper filing and bookkeeping of all documents.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance.
Work experience: 2 - 5 years. Retirees are also welcomed.
Desirable criteria: Able to prepare a full set of accounts.
Language preference: English.
Preferred skill sets: self-driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, and good conversational/writing skills in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
