About the Role:
We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage the financial health of the organization.
This includes overseeing financial planning, maintaining financial records, performing financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Accounting and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assist in audit activities with auditors.
Budget Management & Cash Flow Management:
Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
Track and report on budget performance, identifying any deviations and proposing corrective actions.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage cash disbursements and receipts.
Taxation:
Assist in tax planning, compliance, and filing activities with Tax Agent.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.
Ensure timely collection of receivables and payment of invoices.
Timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
Others:
Provide support for ad-hoc projects & initiatives as needed.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English required; Chinese language a plus to support and communicate with the China region, but not mandatory.
