Finance Executive

Job Description: Daily preparing payments for clients, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Daily performing system data entry and bank reconciliation.
Perform recurring expenses payment and non-trade supplier payment.
Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled.
Handle prepayment, accrual and provision journal, and make necessary adjustment or charge out every month (Inter-company transaction).
Provide audit support during internal and external audits.
Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Job Requirements: Diploma/ Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, or any relevant field.
Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, self-initiative and team work.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
