Finance Executive

Duties and Responsibilities



-Handle partial set of accounts (will be trained to full set).


-Handle all accounting data entries.


-Handle audit schedules and bank, petty cash, customer and supplier reconciliation.


-Assist in asset and inventory take (month end and as and when required).


-Proper maintenance of staff records and database.


-To carry out other duties and assignments as and when required.

; Requirements:-


-Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and Finance or LCCI.


-At least 2 years working experience (preferably in the manufacturing line).


-Those with less than 2 years working experience but with the right attitude will be considered.


-Those with a keen interest in the food manufacturing industry are welcome to apply.


-Must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.


-Excellent in the English language (both written and spoken). Mandarin and/or Bahasa Melayu will be an added advantage.


-Good with MS Excel and MS Word.


-Knowledge in MYOB and SQL is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.
