Finance Executive

FINANCE EXECUTIVE Job Description Ensure proper filling and maintenance of accountancy filling. Complete day-to-day AP tasks including the timely and accurate processing of invoices and credits, matching invoices and the reconciliation of supplier account.Monitor and manage outstanding invoices, communicate with vendors regarding payment status, and respond to enquiries promptly.Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate account balances and resolve any invoice discrepancies.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, obtain necessary approvals, and clarify invoice details.Process employee expense claims.Prepare monthly reports such as AP aging report.Assists in manage and maintain vendor master account. Support on administrative tasks.Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or a related field.Experience in accounts payable or finance roles.Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial transactions and reporting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with vendors and internal teams.Professional accounting certification is a plus.
