Finance Executive

Responsibilities: • Handle full spectrum of accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, etc.
 • Handle daily collections of cash and cheques and reconcile cash and cheques' receipts with cash book on daily basis
• Daily/monthly bank reconciliation 
• Assist in processing expenses and monitoring payments 
• Month-end closing of accounts 
• Weekly / Monthly financial reporting preparation 
• Maintain proper filing of documents (hard & softcopy) 
• Preparations of financial documents required e.g. audits by regulatory boards, internal and external 
• Participate in operational activities when required e.g. audits by regulatory boards, internal and external 
• Responsible in issuing Sales Invoice monitor cash collection
• To assist in ad-hoc assignments from time to time
Requirements:  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Professional Certificate or Degree in Accounting field or equivalent 
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience 
• Microsoft Office knowledgeable especially Microsoft Excel 
• Attention to detail 
• Able to work independently & motivated 
• Able to join immediately 
• Pleasant personality with good analytical & interpersonal skills 
• Familiar with SQL accounting system is an advantage
