-Monthly check and prepare supplier statement reconciliation, follow up with related department or supplier for the documents not yet received.


-Preparation payment voucher before schedule deadline.


-Daily highlight problem facing or problem notice and reporting to superior

-Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.


-Minimum 1 year work experience in relevant field is preferred.


-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
