Finance Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesHandle audit schedules and bank, petty cash, customer and supplier reconciliation.
Assist in asset and inventory take (month end and as and when required).
Proper maintenance of staff records and database.
Handle daily cash reconciliation and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Responsible for the month-end and year-end closing, i.e.
Accrual journal, prepare balance sheet schedules.
Assist in other finance work-related tasks and cover other colleagues when necessary.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

RequirementsDiploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and Finance.
At least 2 years working experience (preferably in the manufacturing line).
Good with MS Excel and MS Word.
Knowledge in SQL is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal, communication skills and good team player.
Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
Full-Time position.
Possess own transport.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
