Account Executive (Open to Fresh Graduates) - Finance DeptBookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
Process daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
Assist in external audits by preparing the necessary documentation and reports.
Maintain and update financial records in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain an organized & proper filing system.
Collaborate with other departments to gather documentation and financial information.
Perform general administrative matters or ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
Experience: Fresh candidates are welcomed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
Mandarin Speaker - handling invoices coming from China suppliers.
