Description
Perform accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements.
Maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and IFRS.
Perform intercompany posting of invoices.
Assist to prepare work instruction guide for the relevant work functions.
Assist in ad-hoc assignments, analysis, projects and reporting.
Support the production of yearly budgets and revenue forecast.
Support monthly accounting close and financial reporting processes for P&L, and balance sheet reporting.
Review, analyse and interpret monthly financial results.
Work with the team to build the yearly operating plan, manage the annual financial planning process.
Daily monitoring of cash collection.
Intercompany reconciliations.
Establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for C level executives.
Manage the operational strategic workforce plan for the A/R operations team, including forecasting and analysing growth trends.
Provide quarterly updates to each business partner on performance and hiring recommendations.
Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Cash Collections forecasting in partnership with Treasury.
Generate Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly results metrics and presentations.
Build, Maintain & Manage Long Range Plan in conjunction with Financial Reporting Lead.
Leverage roll out of analytics integrations to deliver Finance Operations cost and productivity KPIs and BI resources.
Drive process improvement projects within A/R operations, by providing timely relevant information through reporting based solutions.
Become a master of your data universe, maintain data quality and validity.
Provide key BI support and ad hoc analysis to help business leaders to understand their business, and provide guidance on areas of improvement, and areas to focus to meet performance metrics.
Build a network of relationships with people in different areas of the organisation in order to gain buy-in for an idea that you champion.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets.
Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
Preparing balance sheets.
Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process.
Providing customer service to clients.
Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.
