Your new role
Advise senior leadership on financial planning, performance monitoring, and risk management to support sustainable growth.
Manage financial operations for property development projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring efficiency and resource optimisation.
Provide financial and commercial support for ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with profitability and business goals.
Build and mentor a skilled finance team, promoting professional development and operational excellence.
Collaborate with leadership and project managers to deliver financial insights that improve project performance.
Oversee township budgets, cash flow, and profitability, resolving variances to maximise financial outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
10+ years of finance experience within the property development industry, with higher accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA or CFA.
Strong knowledge and experience in strategic financial management, project accounting and risk management for mid to large-scale property development projects.
Leadership experience and decision-making abilities to drive business growth and outcomes.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
