Minimum Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration or any related field
Proficient in Auto Count Accounting System and advanced user of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Excellent attention to detail
Preferably female with a mature personality
Job Descriptions:Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Auto Count Accounting Software
Check receiving payments
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banks, and other external parties as needed
Handle new staff recruitment, student internships, and staff training
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties, including processing monthly payroll, statutory submissions, and annual filing of income tax forms
Maintain HR policies and stay updated with local employment laws and policies
Manage employees' claims and relevant grants including leave
Maintain staff personal files
Manage the maintenance of office and facility equipment
Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
Oversee the renewal of business licenses
Renew vehicles permits, insurances, etc.
Perform any other duties as assigned
