Finance & Hr Executive

-Daily Cash flow update.


-Maintain the office file system.


-Processing bank transfer requests.


-Completing and submitting tax returns, SST returns and WHT.


-Inter Co transactions.


-Other ad-hoc tasks will be assigned.
Handling Human Resource/admin related operation: -


-Maintain updated and precise attendance records.


-To post/announce HR relevant letter/ memo.


-Office maintenance (ad hoc basis)


-Assist in annual events setting (upon request)

-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.


-At least 1 year relevant working experience, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.


-Candidate with experiences property development industry/real estate agencies/ HDA will be an added advantage.


-Good knowledge of SQL accounting software; Excel and Microsoft Office.


-Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both written and spoken).


-Good in documentation and filing.


-Good interpersonal and communication skills.


-Possess positive attitude, fast learner, meticulous, responsible and reliable.


-Customer service skills.


-Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
