The person will be responsible forassistingteam on tasks associated with Supplier Invoice management, Travel & Expense management, Concur and Corporate Cards system administration activities.Location: Mutiara Damansara, Petaling JayaKey Responsibilities & Deliverables:Process Expertise and Business PartnershipAssist on supplier document management and invoice processing activities which include sorting, scanning, validating and processing incoming suppliers invoices and record management in accordance to policies and proceduresAssist on Travel & Expense Reporting, Corporate Card program, and Concur system administration in efficient manner to ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, systems, and financial controlsAssist on corporate card process management which includes card issuance, expense settlement, limit adjustments and termination, including highlighting any violations to the managementmonitoring daily reconciliation status, including sending status updates.Assiston conducting expense report audits, reviews and verifies supporting documentation to expense reports following the company travel policy.Assistteam manager on consolidating data for KPI & SLA reportingMinimum Requirements:University Degree in Business and/or Accounting (or equivalent work experience)Fresh graduate with basic accounting.Able to respond flexibly to customer needs, effectively managing expectationsAbility to work across cultures and across diverse management stylesAbility to effectively prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables whiledemonstrating full ownership & accountabilityFluency in English language
