SALARY RANGE : THB 44,000 - THB 60,000A DAY IN A LIFEAs a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:Financial Reporting and Compliance:Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local and international accounting standardsManage the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsCash Flow Management:Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operationsDevelop and implement cash flow forecasting processes to support business decision-makingTeam Leadership and Development:Manage and develop the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, coaching, and support as neededBuild a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance and accounting teamTaxation:Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and oversee tax filingsIdentifying and managing tax risks that may impact the company's financial performance or reputationOthers:Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas of risk and opportunities for improvementIdentify key areas of weaknesses within the current processes and provide suggestions for improvementsBe a capable business partner to all stakeholders and provide financial advice and solutions to issues within the finance scope;Work closely with business and enabler leaders, to understand how operations impacts the business and ensure business and operations team are aligned with our long term goal and objectiveSKILLSThese are minimum-requirement skills and a 'must-have' for the role: (If any, otherwise you can skip)Analytical and problem solving skillsIndependently managing multiple stakeholders effectivelyAbility to work under pressure and tight timelinesGood time management Strong team player Strong understanding of Financial Reporting StandardsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEAt least 8 years experience in the related fieldQuick and resourceful in obtaining market and industry information and applying them to the analyse business impactWorked closely with cross-functional business and enabler teams (business partnering)Candidates with some experience in audit will have an added advantage?Candidates that have already obtained or are pursuing a professional qualification (eg.
