Job Title:Finance ManagerJob Level:Level 09Detailed Description:Take responsibility of local tax and legal compliance.Recommend accounting solutions that are in accordance with local policies.Manage fixed assets per local GAAP and corporate policy.Work with local consultants or external auditors to provide monthly and quarterly financial information for external reporting purposes.Support local banking and vendor payments, cash flow forecasting.Act as a key financial advisor on cross-functional team initiatives.Collaborate closely with Site Design Leader on budget and other financial business cases.Work with Project Manager on project accounting and forecast analysis.Provide other on-site support as needed.Possess solid knowledge in local and IFRS GAAP.Have rich experience in local tax policy.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office skills.Exhibit a self-motivated and proactive attitude.Ability to independently manage a legal entity in accounting.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Typical Experience:6-8 years of relevant experience (R&D or manufacturing experience a plus).Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient in Excel and Power BI skills preferred.Celestica is an equal opportunity employer.
