ABOUT YOUR ROLE You will manage major aspects of Operation & Supply Chain Finance planning, analysis and financial reporting process. You will lead the process for Monthly and Quarterly Forecasting, Annual Budgeting and Long term planning.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Managing and Partnering the ASEAN Operations & Supply Chain Team and supporting the teams to achieve the KPIs. Managing month end closing, compliance to financial controls, forecasting, budgeting and process and project improvementsPartnering Capex Management & drive Business modeling for CAPEX projects, analyze various options and assist management in decision making. Assist in the preparation of the AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) with other functions. Ensure final analysis is complete and accurate.Being a strong Team Player in the APAC Ops Finance Team and Leading ASEAN Region (Malaysia/Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam & Philippines) Countries.Managing the planning and coordination of the preparation and distribution of financial management reports .Having a clear understanding of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Finance related Process, identify the improvement areas in terms of process and costIdentifying the Key Risk and Opportunity in the financials in terms of cost and processLead the Annual Operating Plan/Strategic Plan process for Operations & Supply Chain and provide recommendations.Managing the preparation of all reports related to new business opportunities; analyze significant variances from planned or forecasted results and provide interpretative comments and recommendations to senior managementWorking closely with the Operations & Supply chain team to understand the business reasons for variances and drive action plans for the mitigation and achievement of financial deliverables.WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: ACCA/MBA Finance or Bachelor's in Finance / Accounting 8 years finance experience as Operations / Supply Chain / Commercial Finance Manager or Financial Performance & Analysis (FP&A) ManagerManufacturing background is a mustExcellent math and analytical skillsWell conversant with G-Suite, Oracle/SAPExperience in Hyperion and Power BI is an added advantageConversant with applicable Tax, Laws and Industry knowledgeExcellent oral, presentation and written communication skills
