Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, a strong command of payroll and banking processes, and the ability to provide insightful financial analysis.
Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is highly advantageous.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all financial operations, including payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Lead and monitor daily banking activities, including reconciliations, payments, and deposits.
Prepare and review financial records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies and regulations.
Develop and present monthly financial statements, forecasts, and detailed reports to senior management.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax reporting, LHDN payments, and internal controls.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making by management.
Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, with leadership experience preferred.
Strong expertise in payroll processes, LHDN online payments, and banking operations.
Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
Prior experience in the F&B industry is highly desirable.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.Company
