Responsibilities:Plan and develop policies and system management Finance & Accounting.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports and align company financial objectives with corporate strategic plans.
Plan, coordinate and control the company's cash flow, account balance, receivables, and payables.
Provide leadership to the finance team, including responsibility for the individual development of team members and succession planning.
Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
Manage accounting system & filing according to local regulatory and corporate standards with system improvement experience.
Ensure corporate tax compliance and planning, familiar with local regulations and corporate standards. Ensure all tax submissions are timely before the due date.
Identify and assess financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Perform financial planning and analysis to provide information for operational decisions.
Manage banking relationships, cash management, and other treasury functions.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA).
Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance field with 5 years in leadership roles.
Proficiency in English in written and verbal communication is a must; able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
Preferred hands-on experience in the accounting process using ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesia Accounting Standards (PSAK), tax regulations, government & industry legislation, etc.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Attention to detail with strong problem-solving & decision-making capabilities.
High agility to work under ambiguity and initiate continuous improvement.
Positive mindset and 'Can DO' attitude.
