In light of a team expansion, they are looking to hire a Senior Accountant/Finance Manager to join the team.

As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the finance team to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the accounting, tax, and financial functions. Your role will involve preparing accurate and timely financial statements, monitoring financial and management reporting compliance, managing taxation matters, and contributing to the development and execution of the company's financial strategy. Lead the finance team to ensure effective accounting, tax, and financial operations. Prepare financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Oversee financial and management reporting, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Manage taxation matters, including direct/indirect taxes, transfer pricing, and tax planning. Stay updated on tax regulations and advise management on changes and implications. Support financial strategy development and execution. Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on compliance matters. Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments from management. requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting. Professional qualification in accounting or finance (CPA, ACCA, MIA or equivalent) is preferable. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience Strong leadership skill to lead a team of subordinates. Sensitive to numbers and good analytical skills to analyze financial results. Able to work independently or in teams and demonstrates strong initiative. Proactive working attitude with ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision.
