Job Responsibilities: Experienced in handling finance operations, financial reporting, financial analysis, costing, budgeting, cash flow management Responsible for the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions of the Company including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial statements Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, policies, and procedures Analyse financial data and provide insights to the management team to drive informed business decisions Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and process improvements Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and development opportunities Maintain a strong understanding of current accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
Initiate and manage finance automation projects tailored to BPO client needs, aiming to improve finance department workflow and efficiency and ensure client satisfaction.
Job Requirements: Possess a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting MUST possess at least ACCA / CPA / MIA certification Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with at least 5 years in a managerial position; Experienced in managing full spectrum of finance, hands on in full set of accounts, month end closing, internal controls, financial analysis, revenue analysis and etc For more information, you may reach out to Jamie at her email at ******
