Cash Flow Oversight: Manage cash flow to maintain sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations and future investments.
Audit and Compliance: Facilitate annual audits and ensure adherence to local regulations and international financial standards.
Financial Strategy: Offer financial insights and guidance to support strategic planning and long-term decision-making.
Cost Analysis and Optimization: Evaluate costs and identify opportunities to enhance financial efficiency.
Accounting Management: Lead the accounting team, ensuring accurate records and prompt transaction processing.
Billing and Collections: Oversee billing and collections, ensuring clarity and precision.
Financial Policy Development: Establish and implement financial policies and procedures to boost operational efficiency.
Requirements At least Bachelor's degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Education industry.
Willing to travel to Sepang/ Kota Damansara.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with excellent interpersonal abilities for effective interaction at all levels of personnel.
Proven ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively, demonstrating strong leadership abilities.
