We are expanding and seeking a highly motivatedFinance Manager/Finance Executiveto join our team to drive financial efficiency and contribute to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and general ledger management.
Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and statutory regulations.
Collaborate with management to optimize cost management and profitability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree inFinance ,Accounting , or related fields.
Minimum3-5 yearsof experience in a similar role (hospitality experience is an added advantage).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
