Finance Manager (FMCG) / Up to $8,500 MonthlyEstablish and implement financial processes and systems, including accounting procedures and internal controls, while collaborating on the ERP rollout for the FMCG division to ensure integration with group-level systems for seamless reporting.
Prepare accurate and timely quarterly financial statements in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
Develop annual budgets and forecasts for the FMCG division, monitor performance against these budgets with variance analysis, and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improved performance.
Establish robust internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
Recruit, train, and develop a competent finance team while providing leadership, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and conducting regular evaluations.
Required to occasionally travel to Miri and Sibu to support business needs and collaboration with local team.
RequirementsReputable Degree in Finance / Accountancy with at least 4 years of experience handling Finance functions
Strong knowledge of budgeting, FRS standards and practices.
