Responsibilities:Oversee financial operations, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis.
Prepare financial reports and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance.
Provide strategic recommendations.

Enforce controls without compromising on relationships with colleagues.
Key Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, with reputable hotel / resort.
Experience in a leadership role to lead a team.
Experience with P&L forecasting/budgeting and variance analysis.
Good knowledge in accounting systems and other related software application.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible to be based at main resort for familiarization and any future relocation when required.
