Develop, implement, and maintain financial systems and policies in line with RBA standards.
Ensure transparent and ethical financial practices are adhered to at all levels of the organization.
Manage and oversee financial transactions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying areas for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance with RBA standards and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial decisions align with RBA ethical guidelines.
Manage supplier relationships and assess their financial practices in accordance with RBA requirements.
Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead the development of the annual budget and long-term financial plans.
Stay updated on industry financial trends and RBA standard updates to ensure compliance.Qualification:
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
Work Experience:
More than 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Proven leadership skills in managerial roles.
Experience in managing full sets of manufacturing accounts and knowledge of consolidated accounts is required.
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial software.
Proficiency in handling financial audits and assessments.
Additional Skills:
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
