Finance Manager

Manage and maintain accurate accounting system records and adequate internal controls
Maintain and oversee all finance and accounting operations to ensure timely monthly and year-end closings
Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting
Review and analyze the monthly financial performance, implement work process improvements where necessary
Preparation of annual tax computations, corporate tax reports
Review the SST reports and submission
Coordinate the annual statutory audit
Coordinate submissions of annual returns
Coordinate and liaison with external auditors, tax and corporate secretarial agents
Ensure compliance and timely submission of monthly KWSP
Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the management
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy/Finance, ACCA, CA/CPA, or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in handling full set of accounts
Meticulous and keen to learn
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Word
Able to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
