Finance Manager

You will be in charge ofResponsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:Develop and manage the organization's financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Analyze financial performance and trends to provide insights for decision-making.Reporting:Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Cash Flow Management:Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure sufficient funds for operations and investments.
Develop strategies for optimizing working capital.Cost Control:Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor finance staff, promoting professional development and teamwork.
Coordinate with other departments to enhance financial understanding and collaboration.Strategic Input:Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives, providing financial insights and risk assessments.
Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and investment analysis.The Successful Applicant
You will be suitable for the role if you have the following:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
Proven experience as a finance manager or similar role, typically 5-8+ years.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
