Finance ManagerJob Description:Oversee and manage the Finance department, including accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR) processes.
Lead financial planning and cash flow management for development projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and develop financial projections.
Manage credit control and ensure timely collection of receivables.
Develop and implement efficient financial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for projects and the company.
Partner with business departments on financial aspects of development launches.
Provide insightful accounting, finance, and tax expertise on commercial contracts and financial incentives.
Account for and process monthly revenue collection, vendor billings, staff claims, and journal entries.
Prepare tax computations, coordinate filing of tax returns, process tax payments, manage withholding tax, etc.
Collaborate with the CFO to develop budgets and cash flow forecasts.
Maintain accurate accounting records, including fixed assets, AP/AR, and project capital expenditures.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and management account reporting.
Manage year-end closing and submission of financial statements for regulatory compliance and tax purposes.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other professional advisors.
Ensure adherence to the company's accounting policies, financial controls, and risk management framework.
Manage other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as needed.
Job Requirement:Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 7 years of working experience in Finance with good working knowledge of accounting (AP, AR, and GL).
Experience in the Real Estate/Property Development Industry would be an advantage.
Good knowledge of credit and financial analysis would be an advantage.
Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
Tech-savvy and familiar with IFCA software.
Determined and adaptable with a positive working attitude.
Independent but at the same time able to be a good team player.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
