Description
Responsibilities include:Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management and financial reports in compliance with approved accounting standards.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory requirements including PB1, Withholding Tax, and Income Tax.
Oversee the full spectrum of finance (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and General Ledger) and day-to-day operational finance matters.
Cash flow management.
Continual assessment and recommendations to improve financial processes and controls as we expand.
Financial reporting and analysis of figures to recommend areas of improvement.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial and regulatory authorities.
Any other ad-hoc assignments as required by the superior.Required attributes:
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree.
8 years relevant experience with 2 years in a managerial role leading a team.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with excellent written & spoken English.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
Ability to identify areas of improvement and to develop and implement process improvements and SOPs within the Finance area.
Ability to 'manage upwards' and report directly and/or indirectly to the Managing Director and owner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of SAP ByD and experience in an F&B setup with multiple outlets is an advantage.
Certification (CPA or CIMA or ACCA or relevant) is a plus.Company
