Finance Manager

You will be in charge of:
Financial Leadership & Team Management:Lead and motivate a team of finance professionals, providing coaching, development opportunities, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and accounting practices.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department, ensuring efficient and effective financial processes.Financial Reporting & Compliance:Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial reporting activities, including monthly closes, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard financial data and assets.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.Financial Analysis & Planning:Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning processes.
Participate in the budgeting process, collaborating with different departments to create realistic and achievable financial plans.Strategic Decision Making & Support:Provide financial analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making at various levels of the organization.
Partner with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to translate financial information into actionable insights that support their goals.
Conduct research and stay updated on current economic trends and financial regulations that may impact the organization.Risk Management & Communication:Identify and assess potential financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate them.
Communicate effectively with all levels of management regarding financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare clear and concise financial reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.The Successful Applicant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA a plus).
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a finance role, with some experience in a leadership capacity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software).
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and internal control frameworks.
