Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate the financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
Lead the financial planning and analysis process, providing insights into financial performance, trends, and potential risks.
Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee cash flow management, ensuring liquidity to meet operational needs.
Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
Manage treasury functions, including foreign exchange exposure and banking relationships.
Conduct financial risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Develop and maintain financial models for project evaluations and investment decisions.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the finance department.
Job Skillsets:
Qualification: Bachelor's ORMaster's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experiences: Proven experience in finance management roles is a plus.
Industry: Oil and gas industry is a plus.
Knowledge: Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA).
