Job Purpose The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading all financial operations for the company stocklisted at the Istanbul Stock Market and for the other two companies of the ESI Group (stocklisted in New York) in Turkey. He/she will play a critical role in partnering with the local management and ensure that the company is in compliance with all accounting laws and adheres to generally accepted accounting principles including, but not limited to, SOX compliance. Job Responsibilities Establish financial reports in an accurate and timely manner Lead budgeting and planning process Be in charge of FP&A duties for all the companies in Turkey Manage cash flow and forecasting Manage accounting team Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices and ensure compliance with the respective legislation Participate to Finance Project Transformation of the Group by supporting new tools implementation Duties linked to the listing in Istanbul Stock Market : Answer investor questions , Manage public announcements together with lawyers/investor relations consultant , Manage preparation/review of annual activity report Requirements & Qualifications At least 5 years' experience in a similar position. She/He will be spending 70% on Financial Planning and Analysis and 30% on compliance. Must have exposure to manufacturing industry Good spoken and written English to interact with stakeholders in HQ.
