They are looking to hire a finance manager to be based in Cyberjaya to support the senior management, lead the finance team.Your key responsibilities includes:- Manage end-to-end financial reporting and month end closing.- Ensure alignment of local processes and controllership compliance- Co-ordinate with Treasury for local treasury/banking requirements- Lead projects on process improvement, streamlining and re-engineering- Manage and guide a lean team towards excellence- Support on audits, statutory reporting and tax- At least professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MIA etc.)- A minimum of 7 years of experience in scope involving financial reporting, business partnering, with solid foundation in controllership- Exposure in Energy industry will have added advantage- A proven track record of being a key contributor to the business's commercial value and prior experience in Controlling- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
