Lead Financial Planning and Analysis: Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, offering insights to guide decision-making across the organization.
Ensure Financial Stability: Monitor financial performance to safeguard the company's financial health during expansion into new markets and regions.
Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive growth.
Manage Financial Operations: Oversee cash flow management, financial reporting, and adherence to financial regulations.
Improve Financial Processes: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs, while maintaining strong financial controls.

Profile
Bachelor's degree or professional qualifications in Finance/Accounting (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Minimum of 7 years' experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of MFRS and financial reporting standards.
Expertise in tax regulations and industry legislation.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong report-writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
